This project displays 152 sorts of candy wrappers published during 1966-1976 in a form of archive book. With most of the theme reflected on them interwoven with society and human life, candy wrappers therefore are endowed with much capacity to function as the epitome of social ethos and culture. In this project, I try to capture the long-term and subtle transition of the particular package design style from a bygone period of time.
I sorted and visualized the information and printed them out on translucent papers to reinforce the original texture of candy wrappers. The stories behind every piece of the collection were demonstrated in both typographic and infographic approaches.
该项目以档案册的形式展示了 1966-1976 年间出版的 152 种糖果包装纸。糖果包装纸所反映的主题大多与社会和人类生活交织在一起，因此被赋予了社会风气和文化缩影的功能。在这个项目中，我试图捕捉特定包装设计风格在过去时期的长期而微妙的转变。
